Printer System Information

You can access various printer data through the printer's web interface.
Click on the ‘System Information’ tab.

INI file / Configuration file

The printer's INI file defines the current settings of the printer.

Retrieving the file

Right-click on ‘View Printer INI’ hyperlink then click ‘Save link as…’ or ‘Save target as…’.

Error & Debug logs

The printer's error and debug logs retains information on what has happened on the printer as it was on.
The log files are not saved to the SD card and will clear when the printer starts up again.

Right-click on ‘Error Log’ hyperlink then click ‘Save link as…’ or ‘Save target as…’.

Retrieving the debug log

Right-click on ‘Debug Information’ hyperlink then click ‘Save link as…’ or ‘Save target as…’.
